How to delete your data stored in Panezy

Important

Once deleted, data cannot be restored. Please back up any necessary data before deletion.

Data to be Deleted

The following data will be deleted:

  • Account information
  • Post drafts and schedules
  • Templates
  • Analytics data
  • Other usage history

Deletion Methods

Method 1: Delete from App

  1. 1. Log in to Panezy
  2. 2. Settings → Account
  3. 3. Click "Delete Data"
  4. 4. Confirm and delete

※ Available after official release

Method 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support with the following information:

  • • Registered email address
  • • Account name
  • • Request for deletion

Deletion Timeline

In-App Deletion

Deleted immediately (some backups may be retained for up to 30 days).

Email Request

Usually deleted within 7 business days of request.
